This spacious, private area provides a comfortable setting to rest and enjoy a meal. With only 10 sections available, it’s a special seating area where families and groups can unwind between pool activities. • Requirements

  • [Refunds for Paid Seats Due to the Suspension of Pool Operations]
  • If operations are suspended due to sudden inclement weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the customer’s control within one hour of the facility’s opening, we will process a refund through the booking site.
  • If a guest arrives within one hour of the scheduled start time and is unable to use the service due to a decision to suspend operations for the reasons stated above, we will process a refund through the booking site.
  • Please note that we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made for any other reason.

• Additional Info

  • You will need a pool admission ticket. After checking in at the pool entrance, please proceed to the paid seating desk.
  • Please note that for safety reasons, we will close all umbrellas and tarps when wind speeds reach 5 meters per second or higher.
  • Depending on the time of day, the angle of the sun may prevent this area from being shaded.
  • Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (We will provide you with your seat number at the registration desk on the day of the event.)
  • The maximum capacity of approximately 8 guests is for reference only.
  • Please be responsible for keeping an eye on your valuables even within the paid seating area.
  • Winds may be strong, so please be careful not to let your belongings blow away.
  • Since this is located within the pool area, please follow the guidelines for using the pool.
  • Tickets can be purchased on-site if seats are available on the day of the event. Additionally, if seats are available starting at 3:00 PM, we offer “Sunset Seats” for 2,750 yen on weekdays and 3,300 yen on weekends and holidays.
