Requirements
- Re-entry permitted
- Children aged 3 and under are free of charge.
- One guardian (aged 18 or over) is required per every 2 children in 3rd grade of elementary school or below.
- Holders of a Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, along with 1 accompanying person (aged 18 or over), may use the pool at a discounted rate of ¥400 for adults (high school students and above) and ¥200 for children (elementary school students and above). (Infants/toddlers are not eligible.) Please present your certificate (no copies accepted) at the reception counter.
- Shoes are not permitted on the poolside. Please bring a shoe bag and store your shoes in the changing room locker.
- Items with wheels, such as luggage carts and wheeled cooler boxes, are not permitted in the no-footwear area.
- Please store your belongings in the changing room locker and make sure to lock it when using the pool.
- Infants who are not yet potty-trained may use the pool while wearing swim diapers.
- The water slide is available for guests who are at least 120 cm tall and weigh less than 80 kg.
- During rest periods, please exit the pool and take a break at the poolside, making sure to stay hydrated.
Restrictions
- For public health reasons, we reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who are unable to use the pool and facilities in a hygienic manner.
- Entry will be refused to guests with infectious diseases, skin conditions, heart conditions, ear discharge, or cold-like symptoms, as well as those who have been advised by a doctor not to swim.
- Entry will be refused to any person deemed by this facility to be affiliated with antisocial forces, including organized crime groups.
- Photography in changing rooms or underwater is prohibited. (In cases where voyeuristic behavior is suspected, we may review security camera footage.)
- Photography and video recording that infringes on copyright or portrait rights is prohibited (except where permitted).
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted for hygiene reasons. (However, water bottles and PET bottles for hydration to prevent heatstroke are allowed. Glass bottles are not permitted.)
- Dangerous behavior that may disturb other guests, such as diving, swimming underwater, or doing handstands in the pool, is prohibited.
- Climbing on fences or barriers is prohibited.
- Running on the poolside is prohibited.
- Entry with footwear into the no-footwear area is prohibited.
- Entering the pool while wearing clothing or footwear other than swimwear is prohibited.
- Bringing in dangerous items (knives, firearms, etc.) or toys that may disturb other guests is prohibited.
- Entry with pets is prohibited.
- Entering or swimming in the pool while intoxicated is prohibited.
- The use of oil-based suntan oil or sunscreen is prohibited. (Water-based products are permitted.)
- Smoking (including heated tobacco products) is prohibited. Please note that there are no designated smoking areas within the park.
- Activities conducted for commercial or profit-making purposes are prohibited.
- Guests who damage or break any facility or equipment will be held responsible.
- Persons who have previously been expelled from this facility (including those who engaged in conduct subject to expulsion and subsequently left as a result).
- Any behavior that disrupts the safety, order, or public morals of Ohama Park Pool, or that causes inconvenience or discomfort to other guests, is prohibited.
- Any and all actions that interfere with the operation of Ohama Park Pool are prohibited.
- Persons who do not comply with the facility's rules of use will be refused entry.
What to Bring
- English Please make sure to wear a swimsuit at all times while using the facility.
- Swim caps are optional.
- Guests with long hair are asked to tie it up with a hair tie or similar.
- Guests with tattoos are asked to cover them with a rash guard or similar garment.
Additional Info
- While using the pool, please follow the rule signage and informational displays inside the facility, as well as the instructions of staff members.
- When entering the facility or queuing for the water slide, please respect the order and cooperate with orderly queuing.
- Please be aware of the risk of heatstroke.
- Guardians, please keep a close eye on your children at all times and take care to prevent water-related accidents.
- Please shower and wash your body thoroughly before entering and after exiting the pool.
- Please use the restroom before entering the water, and make sure to take children to the restroom regularly throughout their visit.
- Please do warm-up exercises before entering the pool.
- When resting at the poolside, please be considerate and avoid obstructing other guests.
- The use of beach umbrellas, rubber boats, fins, snorkels, water guns, and similar items is not permitted.
- Please refrain from using large inflatable or play equipment during peak hours.
- Please be aware that staff may refuse entry of certain items at their discretion (such as dangerous items or those that may cause inconvenience to other guests).
- In the event that a locker key is lost, the actual cost of repair will be charged.
- Please take home any trash that is not from food or beverages purchased within the facility.
- Please be advised that we cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, theft, injuries, or other incidents that occur in the parking lot, on the premises, or inside the facility.
- The facility may suspend or cancel operations due to inclement weather.
